We were so excited to attend the NC Community Association Institute Conference & Expo in Wilmington, NC! But, what exactly is CAI you ask? They are an international organization dedicated to building better communities by giving board members, property managers, and even homeowners the legal and practical knowledge they need to help them lead and enhance responsible community living.
CAI has Chapters across the US and around the globe that help provide information, education, and resources to the people who govern communities and the professionals who support them.
Being able to meet with our customers in person is always a thrill. We truly love attending and supporting events like the Conference & Expo, however, it’s being engaged and involved in our local chapter throughout the last several years that has really made an impact. Participating consistently, being a part of the regional council in our chapter that coordinates local events, and discussing ways to help our customers have been steps we’ve taken because we see the value in personal connection and helping people.
We love partnering with groups like CAI that bridge the gap and help connect people together! Being a part of the CAI in our local chapter has really transformed our relationships with our customers! It was great to help support, educate, and guide community association board members, professionals, and property managers in the security decision making process at the Conference & Expo.
