Additional labor and materials may be required for unforeseen circumstances once work begins. Customer will be notified of any changes in cost prior to them being incurred. Payment is due within 21 days from material arrival or 14 days from work completion if due to customer delays. This agreement supersedes prior agreements and can only be modified in writing. By using the Provider's services or goods, the Client accepts these terms and conditions.

Labor Warranty Loc-Doc, Inc maintains a warranty period of 90 days from installation or completed work on Labor and Service Calls Product Warranty All product manufacturers (excluding mechanical keys) carry a minimum one (1) year limited manufactures warranty. Complete Warranty Coverage can be supplied on request.

Loc-Doc, Inc works very hard to ensure you are 100% satisfied with all of our products and services.

Loc-Doc, Inc owns all product installed or otherwise until 100% payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable.

Any Quoted freight is an estimate. Applicable Freight charges will be added to final invoice after materials are received. Freight charges vary based on carrier.

All generated key records and bitting information is managed, stored and maintained by Loc-Doc Security. All such records remain sole property of Loc-Doc Security unless otherwise documented. Key records and Bitting are available for purchase at a rate of: 1-100 Records ($5 per) 101 - 1,000 Records ($3) 1,000+ Records ($1.50)
